This family wanted to recreate my famous Miso Mero Seabass from my restaurant, Veritas Wine & Bistro back two years ago. So, he grabbed a bottle of Miso and marinated a Chilean Sea Bass overnight and baked in the oven and he was so amazed that it tasted just like he remembered when he had it at my restaurant. Well, why am I not surprised? LOL Of course it will because it is the same sauce that we use at the restaurant all these years. And best part is that the First Ingredient on these sauces do not start with WATER like so many inexpensive mis sauces are. This is highly concentrated flavor that is used at my restaurants for restaurant menu items! And you can create gourmet dishes using this sauces! Grab a bottle and give it a try!
