HOWDY!

Well this is really cool!  My sauce bottles are now available at the famous Aggieland Outfitters!  This place is genuinely the coolest place for the Aggie Fans to come shop anything and everything about Texas A&M University, Aggies, Texas Businesses, and more! 

Have been a fan of this shop since I was a student at Texas A&M!  This 30 years old family business was always about promoting Texas Aggies and now they feature a wall shelf filled with Aggie or Texas based products to showcase to hundreds of thousands of visitors every year!  

So it was an amazing joy when I got a call from them that they would like to feature my Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce, Balsamic Red Wine Glaze, and Sweet & Savory Miso Sauce amongst all these cool sauce bottles!  

I am especially excited to see these sauce bottles to be featured in front of so many old Aggies who have since graduated and moved on!  They will be back in town this fall to attend football games and I know for fact they will be visiting this store to grab their Aggie gears!

It is official!  These sauces have reached 100th floor above sea-level! 
LCT building where my aunt lives are composed of three towers.  Two residential towers are capped at 85th but the one that has office and observation deck caps at 100th floor!  

Not many Balsamic and Hot Sauces can claim they have been to the 100th floor. Just saying. :)
But all jokes aside, it was quite a view from 100th floor with my sauces!  Gotta dream big and one day my sauce bottles could be at the Burj Khalifa!  That would be something!!  Sauce Bottles from a small town in Texas to sky scrapers of the world! Dreams do come true!

This is the view from the 85th floor penthouse that is located right adjacent to the beach. 

My aunt lives in the same apartment and her friend gave us the access to their penthouse.  This building is the second highest building in all Korea and the tallest building in Busan.  And this 85th floor is the highest level for a residential use in the city as well.

So, I can safely say there is NO SAUCE above this Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce in the Busan area!  I even checked their pantry! They didn't have a hot sauce on this level! LOL   It is good to be on the top of the world!

But Can we climb more?!

Made it to Hae Woon Dae Beach!  Famous beach and my mom's favorite hangout spot when she was a little girl!  She told me she used to eat raw slices of fish with spicy chili paste when she was a kid with my grandparents.  It is quite amusing to be back into the town and the very beach where she used to hangout!  

It was raining when I arrived into the train station but sky cleared up by the time I arrived at the beach!  

Clearly we had to make our offering to the heaven for granting us a beautiful sunset and rain free and pretty empty beach because it rained earlier.  LOL .  I have never able to take a picture of this beach with no less than 1000 people in the past! 

I say this was a success.  Now that I am on the sealevel..... with one of the best Chili Sauce from America, we must go up!

My Miso Sauces all found their final resting places in Korea.  LOL  
So these two sauce bottles will finish out the journey with me for the rest of the trip. 

We are currently riding a High Speed Train called KTX between Seoul to Busan.  This is also the same route and the train that a movie Train to Busan was depicting.  I am surely going to use these bottles as the weapon if I get attacked by some Korean Zombies.  LOL

Anyway, this is about 400 km trip but takes only 2.5 hours or so despite bunch of stops.  Pretty impressive and comfortable way to travel I must say. 

My delicious Balsamic Red Wine Glaze and Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce are traveling to Busan!

During my short stay in Korea, I wanted to visit few places with my sauce bottles and also hand out these sauces to my friends and family members (while supplies lasted)

First Stop before making the trip across Korea was the Incheon.  Specifically Song-Do Island's International Trade District.  Reason I chose this place was because it really mixed the traditional Korea with the technologically modern Korea in a global flair.  Pictures behind these sauce bottles are modern Korean Building with a very daring architectural shapes.  And these bottles are sitting on a granite wall within a very traditional HAN OK Buildings that are the pinnacle of Korean Architecture.  

And this sort of worked out well with my sauces because my three sauces represent Korea, Japan, and Italy in its roots but have been mixed up with American and Global Flairs to make it a versatile use of any cuisines I may create.  So, it was only fitting that I start the journey of these three sauces from the Song-Do.  Hope I get to take more pictures and visit more places before my friends and family all snatch these "Made In USA" sauce bottles to test them out in their own kitchen or lab. LOL.
